We have confirmed that some guests who made reservations through Booking.com, the online booking platform used by our hotel, received messages via WhatsApp and other channels directing them to phishing sites. We are currently working with external experts to identify the cause and conduct a detailed investigation. At this time, we have not confirmed any leakage of personal information related to this incident.
1. Details of the Incident
Since May 28, 2026, we have received inquiries from several guests reporting that they had received “suspicious messages disguised as reservation confirmations.” Upon investigation, we confirmed that some guests who had booked our hotel via Booking.com had received suspicious messages via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, which were disguised as communications from our facility. These messages contain URLs that redirect users to phishing sites.
2. Request to Guests
If you receive a suspicious message as described above, please do not access the URL provided, and do not enter any personal information or credit card details.
